Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes, you are able to cancel your appointment as long as you contact our office before your scheduled time and in accordance with our cancellation policy, 48 hours before your appointment. The session will be charged if missed.

What are our fees?

Fees vary according to the issue to be addressed. Please contact us and we will be delighted to discuss with you the rate according to your need.

Who covers our services?

We are a private service. We are covered by many extended health care insurance plans. Please refer to your insurance company for coverage.

Would anyone have access to what I tell you?

We adhere to strict confidentiality as mandated by the Regulated Health Professions Act.

Do I need a referral?

Although not required, we accept referrals from family doctors, hospitals, WSIB, psychiatrists and other health professionals. Please fax your request to 416-239-3927
