1. Which services do we provide?

   • We have extensive experience in conducting therapy for personal problems as well as psychological assessments for motor vehicle accident claims, personal injury and disability claims (including LTD), medical malpractice claims, immigration, psychovocational options and psycho-legal reports.  For more information about our services please visit our service page.  We also provide counseling services for individuals, couples and families. 

    

2. Who covers our services?

   • We are covered by many extended health care insurance plans;  not by OHIP.  Please refer to your insurance company for coverage.

    

3. What are our fees?

   • Fees vary according to the issue to be addressed, anywhere from $100 to $180 per hour.

    

4. Would my employer (or family or someone else) have to access to what I tell you?

   • We adhere to strict confidentiality as mandated by the Regulated Health Professional Act.  That is, we cannot disclose what you tell us without your written consent. For more information review our policies page.

    

5. Can I cancel my appointment ?

   • Yes, you are able to cancel your appointment as long as you contact our office 24 hours before your scheduled time.
